The Hub
Gathering, making, cultivating, resting, and learning together
The Hub is a slow community-building project in Analyontas, Cyprus. It is growing as a shared space for gathering, making, cultivating, resting, and learning together, shaped through a process that unfolds gradually and in relation with the people around it.
Its current vision includes a central communal space, a common kitchen, a workshop area, spaces for permaculture and cultivation, fruit trees, and a small number of simple living units. Rather than rushing toward completion, we are allowing the space to emerge step by step, as part of a longer commitment to collective life, ecological relation, and forms of shared infrastructure rooted in care.
At present, this space is still in formation and does not yet exist as a permanent site. We are designing its possible forms, researching materials, and working through the official licensing processes that may allow it to take shape.
In the meantime, we are searching for a place that can host us under rental conditions, while also developing proposals for a collective space with other partners. For now, our activities are sustained through a wider network of spaces that welcome and support them, from residencies and theatres to artistic collaborations with artists and other professionals
