We Share
What We Learn
Support, facilitation, and guidance

Alongside our artistic and collective work, we also share knowledge that has grown through experience. We offer forms of support, facilitation, and guidance rooted in practice, especially in the areas of gender equality and social inclusion, EU project design and management, and team-building or organizational development.
What we offer is not separate from the rest of our work. It grows from the same commitment to process, care, collaboration, and critical reflection, and we try to bring these values into every workshop, exchange, or partnership we take part in.
Gender Equality
and Social Inclusion
For projects, organizations, and groups
We support projects, organizations, and groups that want to think more carefully about gender equality and social inclusion in the way they work. This can mean helping to design more attentive processes, reflecting on existing structures, or creating frameworks that allow participation, access, and representation to be approached more consciously and more critically.
Our approach is not only technical, but relational. We understand inclusion as something that has to be practiced, negotiated, and sustained over time, and we try to work in ways that are responsive to context rather than applying fixed models from the outside.
EU Project
Management
We support the design, implementation, and evaluation of EU-funded projects. This can involve developing proposals, accompanying delivery processes, or helping teams think through how a project can be organized, sustained, and assessed in ways that are both practical and meaningful.
We approach this work with attention to structure, but also to the relationships that hold a project together. Beyond administration, we see project management as a practice of coordination, care, and continuity across complex and often changing conditions.
Team Building and Organizational Development
Our work with teams and groups is shaped by our artistic and circus-based practice, where the body, play, and shared attention become tools for facilitation. We design and lead processes that help people work together more consciously, whether the focus is communication, trust, social cohesion, gender dynamics, or the way a group relates to itself over time.
These processes can be practical, playful, or both. They may take the form of a one-off workshop or a longer journey with clear objectives shaped together in advance. In every case, we create space for groups to connect, reflect, and move through questions in a way that is embodied, collaborative, and alive.
